Our Dogs

Our dogs come from Decker Terrier lines, which are larger Rat Terrier breed. We and several other breeders are working hard to preserve and prolong the life of this breed and give it a name of its own as Old Dominion Terriers! 

These dogs are beautiful, packed with muscle and covered with a smooth, sleek coat. As adults our dogs will generally weigh between 30 and 40 pounds, with the males slightly heavier than the females. Our dogs are athletic and energetic - great for outdoor activities. They are terrific hunters of small game and rodents, but also make great family dogs when given sufficient exercise, and are great with kids!
